NaijaVoice is not a news organisation, law enforcement agency or government body. We provide a platform for civic expression and community reporting.
2. User Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all content you submit to NaijaVoice. By posting, you confirm that:
- Your content is truthful and based on real community issues
- You have the right to post any images or information you submit
- Your content does not violate any Nigerian law
- You will not use the platform to harass, defame or attack individuals

NaijaVoice reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that:
- Repeatedly violate Community Guidelines
- Are used to harass or intimidate other users
- Post illegal content or false accusations
- Abuse the reporting or voting systems
5. Platform Disclaimer

NaijaVoice shall not be held liable for user-generated content posted on the platform. Legal responsibility for posted content rests entirely with the user who submitted it.

By submitting content to NaijaVoice, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, share and use that content for the purpose of operating the platform and promoting civic engagement in Nigeria.
